AVOID THIS COMPANY From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/10/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006 1 response   This company is a blood sucker: by offering you terrible living conditions and charging you a lot of rent. The reason is simple: their apts are close enough to the campus and I personally believe this should be the ONLY reason people still rent their APTs. The office staff (especially the manager I dont want to disclose his name) seems not helpful at all. You feel un-respected while dealing with them. they are NOT professional at all! AVOID this company if you have other choices.
