Be careful with this agency. I am the father of a former UMass student who is still trying to get her August damage deposit back even though the apartment is still being rented to her former room mates. Stacy, who works at Kamins, promised me they would return my daughter's deposit before renewing the lease for her other room mates and her replacement room mates. Now Patrick Kamins tells me he renewed the lease based on a document my daughter was told she had to sign to end the lease which says she got her deposit back. Be very careful with this agency. Now I have to sue them. Patrick Kamins, the owner, said "Go ahead, sue me. I'm in court all the time anyway with other clients."
