My girlfriend and I were blocked from living there, even though she and I are both financially capable, because we needed MA guarantors to fill out a guarantor form, but she is from New Mexico and I from Kentucky. The only other alternative was to demonstrate that our joint annual income was over 38,000 dollars a year, or that we had that amount in the bank, for a 740 dollar a month apartment. As students, we clearly do not make that much money. Furthermore, they charge a half month's rent for a "finders fee", which is absurd, because they "found" nothing. They simply own the property. It's clearly extortion. And you cannot sublet. They force you to pay 50 dollars per person to break a lease, and so in effect they get you coming and going.
This entire agency is a rip-off, and I highly recommend not even attempting to rent from them unless you are desperate.
