They suck beyond belief. if you want to live in the Amherst Area find someone else to rent from. Kamins destroyed our lives and chances to get a new apartment. We were screwed out of our money and blamed for their bad maintanence. They trick people escpecially students, out of their money and should be reported to the better business bureau to lose their business. I can't believe what they get away with. We had no heat for over a month and no one did anything about it. we couldn't afford a lawyer. I will email those people that left their address ans see if they can help. I agree. Kamins sucks and someone has to do something. They must know people in powerful posititons because where I am from, landlords can't get away with ---- like this. Do not use kamins...if they are you're only option go to a homeless shelter or to the dorms. Whatever you do, do not trust them or sign anything or you will be very sorry...i mean it.
