I would say that the person saying the same thing on every review needs to relax. If you had a bad time, then your one review should be enough. You need not respond to every review that is listed. Get a life.

Kamins is not the devil nor is anyone else in the Amherst market. Each property management firm is just trying to serve the renters the best they can. So stop with the slander and get on with your life......
