Kamins "Misplaced Our Check" posts threat to evict us on door

I would not rent from these people. They can not keep their own paperwork straight.

Delivered our check to their office on the 1st and we get a "Notice to Quit" on our door on the 10th. Not even a phone call.

I called them ... oh they looked and then they found the check but no apology, nothing for threatening to evict us. "That just what we do."
