I live in a single in Colonial Village. I don't have any complaints about the apartment, it's a decent place to live. As for Kamins, their employees are rude, arrogant, and lazy. Don't expect them to do anything nice for you, or to go out of their way to help you. For example, in Colonial the laundry machines take tokens which you have to buy from the office. Fine, but the office is only open in the middle of the day so I asked the woman nicely if she would mail me some tokens. She acted as if I was from another planet: "We don't mail tokens. It's not policy." I don't mind living here, but I'm not happy to be paying the salaries of such rude, uncaring people.
