massachusetts has very good laws for tenants! don't let them scare you into thinking they have all the rights, b/c they don't!!! in fact, i think tenant's have way more protections. so if you are a student, don't be abused! go to the library, or search the internet for tenant rights. if they threaten to take you to court, don't be afraid, do your research and don't get taken advantage of!!!
