I lived on Hobart Lane while a student at Umass, and Lincoln Real Estate was a pain to deal with!! There is hardly any parking, so you have to get there early to even get a spot on the street. The unit was in horrible condition, and only got painted after a month of phone calls. When we called to report that our garbage disposal was broken the real estate agent told us to poke a broom handle down it and fix it ourselves and wouldn't send over a repair man. It's definately a college neighborhood, and the landlord tried to charge us for damage from a party we had nothing to do with. STAY AWAY!!! Lincoln knows they can walk all over their tennants because they are college students.
