I have been at their Prospect St. Apts for almost three years. I have found them very responsive to maintence issues. The place is quiet and clean.
There is no smoking in the building, which was not told to me before leasing. This was the only complaint I had. No problem with them having a no smoking buiding, but they need to say it before hand. It wasn't on my lease either.
Also parking can be difficult. Every snowstorm you have to move your car.
Other than that, they are fair and keep it run well.
I would recommend them highly.
