my roommates and i rent on hobart and lincoln is an absolutely ruthless agency. they will steal so much money from you and completely rip you off, not to mention treat you like brainless college students, i.e. unworthy of any respect. they have been the worst landlords any of us have ever had and they will rip you off every way they can. DO NOT RENT WITH LINCOLN, find any other realty agency you can because lincoln is HORRIBLE. staff is extremely rude and a complete pain to ever deal with.

also, they threaten illegal actions that completely contradict your lease contract and do not expect to get your security deposit back, even if your apartment is CLEANER than it was when you rented it (ours looked like ---- when we moved in, thanks lincoln!)

another thing, construction of property is extremely poor. toilets don't work properly, maybe 25% of the windows actually lock, walls are poorly repaired, most doors don't even close properly. i don't know how they ever OK'd the construction of this place.
