Years at this apartment: 1994 - 1994
 
I lived in the 700s. I got robbed, and the management wouldn't let us out of our lease. 3 mo.s later we got robbed again, this time they took EVERYTHING.
The hallways were filthy, chicken bones strewn about, stinky, and way too many people living in the section 8 apartments.
Also the speed bumps in the parking lot got real tiresome.

STAY AWAY FROM MILL VALLEY!
