I lived in Mill Valley for almost 2 years. The office staff were incredible for many reasons. There were issues that came up and my roommate and I had to move to a different unit per request of the property manager. Mill Valley paid for movers to come and pack our apartment and move us to the next building, and then completely unpack us. This was very expensive corporate-style moving and my roommate and I didn't have to pay a dime.

I found that they were always willing to work with me and help me out when I requested something, whether it be a work order, or that I needed to find another unit asap becuase my roommate and I were splitting.

THe weird bugs a previous reviewer mentioned are called Silverfish. I, unfortunately, saw more silverfish than I ever hoped to (all apartments have bugs), but everytime there was a problem with them, it was taken care of by an exterminator. The office also gladly replaced all the screens that were old and torn so that insects and stinkbugs wouldn't help themselves into my apartment as easily.

Sure, there were a lot of Section 8 families and a lot of children running around, but what apartment complex doesn't have children....what child doesn't run around and make noise'

If you take a look around the other complexes in the area, you'll find that Mill Valley is by far the best in both appearence and the office taking care of you.
