Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
beautiful apts.(for a certain time) with plenty of problems:
college students parties
big families lying about the number of people living at their house.
people lying about their income.
the 300's are the nice looking ones, the 500's are a little more crowded and deterioated, and the 700's is the "guetto": loud music, people selling drugs, car vandalism, unsupervised children, and cops hanging out there all the time.
giant speed-bumps and potholes.
lots of ants, and weird looking bugs.
dog ---- everywhere.
bike stealing and three-bedroom break ins.
the management...don't even get me started!!
DON'T MOVE THERE UNLESS YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU AND YOUR FAMILY.
