Mill Valley is the worst living experience I have endured, and I am very easy to please. To make this review as succinct as possible:

-Huge speedbumps have damaged dozens of vehicles even when rolled over at 0 mph
-A registered sex offender resides in the 500's, which is public information provided by the National Registry but the office is not required to inform you of this. In our case, we are 4 college females who work all hours of the day, and his actual apartment overlooks the attached daycare and playground provided by MVE.
-unsupervised children run around at all hours of the day and night, and will play hide and seek with your car as base or cover. You have to check for them before starting your car on a sunny day like you would look for a skunk when you smell something foul.
-over 15 people have been towed from our small lot in the past 2 months for unfounded reasons, including snow removal when there was no snow. Brace yourself for a minimum $115 fee whether you parked legally or not.
-management is incompetent, and entirely misleading about all rental policies and actions. I doubt they have previous experience in real estate whatsoever, let alone customer relations
-multiple attempted break-ins!! Again, young female college students in 2 different buildings who have experienced these experiences
-informed us we were permitted to have dogs in the lease, then after 2 months of owning a new puppy sent a letter saying it was never said that dogs were allowed, and we were forced to give away the puppy. And don't worry, you will see dogs EVERYWHERE and your shoes will always assure that.
-Ants, all kinds of easily exterminated bugs will be here with you.
-we were fined for leaving our garbage in the halls; never left garbage in the halls, and they conveniently "couldn't prove it was ours because the trash they found with our address in it was not available"
-UNSAFE...even Wings on University Dr will not deliver to any address in Mill Valley or on Riverglade Dr because their delivery person was mugged and assaulted.
--NO ONE IS BROKE ENOUGH TO HAVE TO LIVE HERE, GO ELSEWHERE---

Seems to me that this person has never lived anywhere but home before moving to the property and appears to have a somewhat privilaged attitude with a flare for drama. The grass is always greener on the other side....until you have to mow it!
