I agree with everything below. It is like they shipped all the slums and thugs living in Springfield and shipped them to Mill Valley. Unsafe, dirty, not good for college students or families. The staff is the worst.
Mill Valley in Amherst is affordable housing. Along with affordable housing comes people who have too many kids to take care of, drug addicts, and people who cannot speak English.
