My 1 bedroom, 1st floor, all one level apartment is very nice, spacious, with huge closets. My suggestion would be to live on the 2nd floor, though, if you can, since the noise from the people walking upstairs comes through. It's a loud creaking sort of noise, the kind that wakes you up in the morning.

Overall, I think the place is mostly worth the money, though maybe just a little bit overpriced. I am paying $824 for a 1 bdrm with utilities.
