I'VE LIVED AT ROLLING GREEN FOR A YEAR NOW AND SO FAR ITS BEEN PRETTY GOOD. LIVING ON THE 2ND FLOOR IS THE BEST HOWEVER NOISES CARRY DOWN TO THE 1ST FLOOR BENEATH YOU WHICH CAN BE BOTHERSOME IF YOUR NEIGHBOR DOES NOT LIKE YOU. MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THE LAUNDRY ROOM. THE MACHINES DON'T WORK VERY WELL AND COST A FORTUNE. ITS VERY QUIET AND VERY ROOMY. THE PRICE IS NOT THAT BAD. $1038 FOR A 2 BEDRM WITH HEAT AND ELECT. INCLUDED. MY LEASE IS UP SOON AND I AM LOOKING AROUND FOR A NEW APARTMENT BUT ROLLING GREEN IS DEFINITELY AT THE TOP OF THE LIST.
