I am an international student with no US residence history so I expected complications with my rental application. However, the office staff was really helpful and processed my application very quickly. The apartment was spacious, well maintained and every problem was fixed immediately. There is a PVTA bus stop close to the complex with a bus to the UMass campus every 15min so it's a great location for students too. If you expect hiking and cycling trails close to your apartment, you have another reason for choosing Rolling Green. Definitely the best place to live in the Amherst area!
