This is our first apartment (we're grad students in the area) and it's perfect. It's quiet, very safe, and well-kept. The maintenance staff goes out of their way all the time. They're actually required to fix any problems within, i believe, 24 or 48 hours, or you get free rent. They usually fix in the same day, and when we called in a leaky sink, the guy who came even gave us some lightbulbs to replace some in our own lamps. Snow, though, is tricky - they plow, but not all the way to the ground. After any decent storm, it's like the Icecapades, only with more imminent danger to your personal safety. Pickup Trucks on Ice, while it may sound amusing, is not a spectacle you want to be around. Other than that, though, -perfect-
