Very solid apartment complex!

we lived in a one bedroom apartment in rolling green for 4 years (2001 to 2005). it was a wonderful place to live most of the time.
the apartments are kept up beautifully.
there is plenty of laundry, parking and a pool.
there are a large number children, which can get a LITTLE frustrating, but never too much of a problem.
the maintanence staff is generally very FAST and friendly...with only a few minor exceptions.
our only problem occurred in the final 5-6 months of our stay when a couple of loud neighbors moved in and kept us up a few times. however, the main office did do everything they could have done to handle the situation.
overall, for the price (ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED) you can't do much better for the area. you are far enough away from the colleges so that most (loud) students will stay away.
we had a great experience with rolling green and we only left because we were moving to eastern MA.
ONE PIECE OF ADVICE....family/quiet people should try to live AWAY from the circle! this is where most student
