Been a resident for 15 years raising 3 kids. At first complex was "family" oriented, lots of kids. Now most families have moved out and the college students have moved in. Management has changed hands- again. Those kids that are still here can not do anything. No skateboarding, rollerblading, no this and no that. It has gotten to the point you can just sleep here and pay the outrageous rent. Yes, utilities are included and that is great. Because management caters to the college students and knows they will cram as many students into an apartment, they don't hesitate in charging $2000 a month for rent. Since the recent management change over, upkeep of the grounds has gone downhill. It's time for me to move on, I don't fit in here anymore.
