Not a bad place to spend a year

I lived in a 2nd floor one-bedroom apartment that was pretty nice. Appliances worked. Closet doors were kind of a struggle to open and close though. When our toilet broke, the emergency maintenance guy offered to come out right away, even though it was 9pm on a Sunday night. I am wary of the management, though. At first they promised us one apartment but then gave it away to other people. They have also accidently (') overcharged us on rent as we were moving out. Be careful when it snows, they'll tow your car right away if you don't move it.
