I lived at Southpoint, and no I'm not a trust fund baby. It wasn't trerrible, but I'm sure glad that I moved out. The maintance guys were very friendly and hopeful, but the property manager'!'! forget it!!! He hated to fix anything, hated to spend money for any type of fixing. I would not live there again. and it is a great place in terms of apartment price and size. But it is truly the gettho of Amherst. High class gettho.
