I was a UMASS student when I lived here. I wasn't a party animal, but was quiet and responsible. I was stupid to think this complex would be too.
The buildings are filthy. There are no secure main entries so all day and night all sorts come through the doors. The walls are very thin and you can never have any quiet.
The office staff is more than willing to take your rent at the first of the month, but disappears if you need repairs (which is often.) The police might as well have a station right here in the complex - they are ALWAYS around becuse of the constant fighting, noise, and drugs.
Want to come to Amherst' Fine, but don't move to Southpoint.
