If you are going to any of the five colleges, DON'T move into southpoint apt. I lived there the 2001-2002 school year and it was horrible. It is a bunch of subsidized low income puerto ricans and white trash. They play their latino music outside till 2am everynight and stare at u everytime you walk outside or drive by. Do yourself a favor and dont move in here.
