AFTER REVIEWING THIS SITE FOR APARTMENTS
I HAVE TO SAY THAT SOME OF THESE COMMENTS
ARE TRULY UNFAIR TO SOUTHPOINT.
I HAVE LIVED THERE FOR OVER 2 YEARS.
THERE IS A NEW PROPERTY MGR. AND NEW MAINTANCE MEN WHO I THINK HAS DONE A GREAT JOB. THEY HAVE MADE GREAT IMPROVEMENTS TO PROPERTY. I HAVE SEEN ALL THIS CHANGE IN THE PAST YEAR. I THINK SOUTHPOINT IS A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE.PEOPLE SHOULD COME AND CHECK IT OUT FOR THEM SELFS.
