i have been living in southpoint since 92. i absolutely love it. i have recommended and will continue to recommend southpoint to others. the poeple that i have referred and moved in, have not moved out. i know southpoint is such a great place to live because people who move out often come back to live here again. southpoint has the best management that i know of in amherst. southpoint cares about its tenants and its staff. whenever i have had any problem, management and maintenace are quick to take care of the problem efficiently. i think southpoint is a comfortable, safe, and family oriented place to live. i love the fact that the pvta comes right through the complex and it is free. that makes my life alot easier.
