The apartment itself is big enough. Office staff are excellent in every way. Personable, caring, and attentive, they have fixed my maintenance problems the same day I've called, no questions(and tenants caused both of them, not a shoddy building). Our hallways are vaccumed more than once a week and the grass looks great. The walls are thin and you can hear people passing by, however, the building I live in is primarily families, so noise is not an issue after dark. I agree with another post in that the crime is exaggerated, and I feel totally safe as a single female here. There are a few shady types about sporadically, however, if you don't bother them, they don't bother you. Most of the "criminals" are simply immigrants that rich college students are unreasonably afraid of. For the price, this complex is the best of Southpoint, Boulders, and Mill Valley, and should be perfect for any college student.
