Southpoint is a nice quiet place to live off campus. No parties are allowed like at other complexes in the area that allow wild parties and a lot of noise. The office staff treats us great. The bus runs right through the complex and brings us to the UMASS campus. It stops at all 5 local colleges, which makes it good if you do not have a car. I recommend Southpoint to all my friends at school and have gotten a referral bonus! pretty cool.
