I have lived at Southpoint for 4 years now and I'm leaving because of a job transfer. My stay here was great! The office staff has been wonderful, their maintenance staff are great. I had a couple of things that needed repair I called the office and maintenance was here the same day. I have seen very good changes happen here over the 4 years. The PVTA bus runs through all day and night and I met a lot of great neighbors who have become friends and I truly enjoyed my stay.
