i thoroughly enjoy living here. it's the main reason i've suffered living in the Valley for as long as i have; i won't move until i find another place as great. the owners are fantastic! i love Bonnie. they're professional, friendly and efficient. i can go to them with any problem and they solve it almost immediately. yesterday evening i called about my garbage disposal and this morning at 9:30am the maintenance guy showed up and fixed it. every problem i've had has been address that quickly. i've never had to hound them about getting anything done. last week the carpet in the stairwell was less than nasally friendly and, within one or two days, they had not only cleaned the stairwell, but the carpet on my whole floor.

this place is my first apartment and my friends have had serious horror stories about their first places. my horror stories consist of heavy-footed upstairs neighbors and the occasional impromptu parking lot party that never last long. not a bad gig, i'd say.

i feel safe here and comfortable with my neighbors and the staff and i simply love my apartment. living here has been a great experience.

it also is great for students living off campus. the bus comes right through the complex and it's centrally located among Hampshire College, Amherst College, and UMass. it's really close to lots of shopping areas and the Hampshire Mall.

overall, Southpoint is a great place to live for a variety of reasons. it's a great value for its location and the staff is lovely. i highly recommend it.
