Roaches! Filthy halls - beer bottles, cigarette butts and food scraps on the hall carpet. More of the same outside the front door. I think the upstairs neighbors just throw the beer cans and bottles out of the window - this would explain the broken glass on the front walk. Sidewalks and parking lots in very bad repair. Noisy at night. Often have to walk through a large "gang" gathered around the front door - especially in the early morning hours. Increasingly large stain on bathroom ceiling from leaky toilet upstairs. You do NOT want to live here.
