My Mum and Dad have lived at Southpoint for a couple of years. I go to see them weekly. It is a lovely place to live. I feel they are safe and have all of their needs met at Southpoint. It took us a long time to find somewhere for them to live where they would be taken care of as needed. If they have a maintenance problem, it is attended to very fast and efficiently. The office is a very bright and happy place to visit. (Mostly because of the Property Manager and Rental Manager) Absolutely wonderful, caring people. I have put my parents in their hands and they are like family to me. The apartment is a beauty. They are so happy with their little home. It makes me sad to see people belittling this place because it is not deserved. I would highly recommend Southpoint to anyone who wants a clean and safe place to live. My parents are my life, and I would not trust them with just anyone or anyplace. They will live out their lives in this warm environment.
