Just finishing up a 2-yr lease here. I've loved the place. Convenient, safe, rent OK (given the overall inflated Amherst prices), and a great place for students. Walk (<1 mi), bike, or free bus to campus. Parking OK. Townhouse changed mgt companies this year and change was for the better. More professional now, although we never had any problems with previous mgrs. I just wish they'd repave the driveway and parking areas. Overall, though, a big "thumbs up."
