Wow, I have lived here for several years and I can tell you the changes that have happened are great! I hear that there is new management, although the office is the same. However, the maintenance (all kinds of improvements happening) and the managers are soooooo much better than before. AND THE RENTS ARE STAYING THE SAME, Wow. A good choice now that times are a changing.
