maintenance Cheap, but if something breaks they will not fix it. Like- windows, oven, lights.. Takes weeks!
Also, people just toss outside the building and leave it for days. I guess the dumpster is too far..

Townehouse does not have a roach problem any more than the elite apartment I rented in New York City and paid $1800 a month for a one bedroom in 1991. If you keep the apartment clean then there are no roaches. Bus route in front of my apartment is awesome.

Do not rent from Kamins!! This family owned company is deceitful. They prey on college students. Make sure you keep any record or receipts when dealing with them. They have tried to scam my daughter several time. Do not trust them or take there word for anything. Actually just don't rent
