This place looks shiny and happy in their brochure and on their website. It is overwhelmingly MISLEADING. Shoddy construction, neighbor noise, tiny swimming pool (size of private pool at a single family home for hundreds of tenants) that becomes so overcrowded with 9-14 year old kids that toddlers and grown-ups dare not go in the water. For an abominable rental rate ($2020 for my unit in 2001-2002) the utilities on top of that were an additional $300/month (gas heat, hot water, elec. central air). The unit was so poorly insulated the master bedroom never got warm enough in the winter (but the gas bill for the heat was never under $250 during the three coldest months). I could hear my downstairs neighbors alarm clock go off at 5am each day (several times she wasn't even home so it went off and never got turned off). The management office was a revolving door and it was a little disconcerting to learn that we had our own Police station in one of the apartments in the complex. There was drug dealing and some shifty-looking individuals that for the price I paid I never would have anticipated. I would stay far-far away from this place. I moved and relief is an understatement.

It would be better served as a retirement community as condominiums - not rentals.
