Police Log from Andover Townsman August 21 2003:(paper reported the individuals name I have chosen not to)
Tuesday August 19 - At 9:46 pm a teenager age 18 of 400 Brookside Drive, was arrested and charged with possessing a burgularious instrument and receiving more than $250 worth of stolen property. The teenager was found riding a stoen bike and fled when approached by an officer. The teenager had three screwdrivers.
