First off.. this is in Lawrence, no matter what they put as their mailing address.

The parking is ok, so long as you only have one car, otherwise, one needs to go on the street, which is a pain. The laundry service is Mac-Gray... smart cards of the lowest intelligence. The floors are creaky... we live on the top floor, I feel sorry for the people below us. Water pressure has been bad for the last few months, though it was fine for the first year or so. The office isn't very good at customer service... collecting your UPS but leaving work early so you can't get it. There is absolutely no yard space, and no balconies, so I hope you don't like the outdoors. Not that this is a very nice neighborhood anyway. There is a pizza place 100 feet away that stays open late, which is nice.

Overall, if you can afford it, go someplace else, but there are certainly worse places out there.
