While on the topic of the office, I hope you appreciate poor communication from the office. With every communication from the office, it is usually delivered late at night by a security guard stuffing it in your door. Now one would think this is a proactive approach. However, in most instances, it is for action to be taken by apartment management the next day, specifically that morning. Example: snow removal, parking lot rennovations, painting of apartment doors.
