1) First surprise when you come - it is not Andover as advertised but
Lawrence !!! (much more expensive insurances etc.). The office has been
misleading like this for years.
2) Forget sleeping. You will hear everything from apartments in all
directions.
3) If you have a package delivery the office will keep it indefinitely and
will not let you know.
4) If you have 52 degrees freezing apartment in winter, you will have to
call the Board of Health in Lawrence to get Princeton Properties to fix it.
5) Water is very often brown. The office doesn't care, they will ask you to
call the water department.
6) If you cannot bypass a car regularly violating parking lines you will
have to call the Police. The office doesn't care.
7) If you accidentally lock yourself out and even if the on-call person
happens to be shoveling snow 5 yards from the door of your building, you
will have to pay him $50 to get inside your apartment.
