Looking over both reviews, I found truths in both.

Peter Richmond was extremely accomodating about what needed to be done to the apartment when I rented it. It was after the actual renting of the Apt that I got just average satisfaction when it came to fixing things, etc. As a matter of fact, I asked that the duplex apt i rented from him be inspected because the bathroom floor was extremely "soft." After the inspection, he was truthful about it needing a new bathroom floor, due to rot, but never had it done. Now a new tenant lives there, and I am quite sure, as I pass it every day, that nothing has been done which makes me wonder about the safety of the new tenant.

Also, after i vacated the apartment, they were less than accomodating with allowing Bay State Gas into the apartment, and to date, I am just about to take legal action to have the bill paid from the time i moved out until whenever it gets paid.

You pay an average rent for Andover at his apartments. The rent does not include snow removal, at most apartments, and if it does, you have shoveled out by then (at times, it takes days), and lawn care is very minimal at best.

I agree to this posting, it took Richmond properties months to repair a door that was falling apart. However he is very accomadating when I first moved. There is no laundry facilities in the duplex apt. The windows are falling apart. If he only kepted up the apts, well insulated and maintence it will be an ideal place to live.
