I lived at a property owned by Peter Richmond for two years. My unit was so beautifully bright and sunny and UNBELIEVABLY affordable! Like a previous post mentioned, Peter did not push me to take the space, and yet I was thrilled that no one else had taken it before I accepted because it has been one of the most enjoyable places at which I've ever rented. I had a stove that was old and needed replacement, and it was replaced promptly. I was pleased to have had a parking space so close to my unit. The proximity to shopping, the library and banks was phenomenal; and the place had so much historical character! To be balanced, there were downsides - as it was an older structure, the insulation was not that great, so I had to reinforce windows with tape, etc; the water pressure on my floor was pretty low, so I occasionally showered at work. Otherwise, it was a fabulous find.

I rent and I am paying $475.00 per month for heat, the structure is old and the insulation is very poor, windows need to be replaced....otherwise I love the town of Andover. Beautiful and peaceful
