It's winter and I'm broke again....

The town of Andover is beautiful and safe. However Mr. Richmond properties are old, cold and drafty. I'm broke....have to go back to heating up can soups for dinner.
Plowing has gotten a little better....still needs improvement ON THE PARKING SPACES.
The noise from the cargo train is loud...but you kind of get use to it. Rather then that, he choses his renters wisely. Single folks only!
The grounds are ok...
Great and safe town
