the maintenance is great.
the old management was good, but the new people are terrible.
my gf's car has been keyed twice in 4 months and they dont care.
the managements car was keyed, some wheels were stolen off a new civic, and nothing is being dont to prevent future problems.
the apartments are big and reasonably priced, but i would reduce my insurace deductable if you move in.
low income housing = high output insurance costs.
too close to sketchy lawrence.
