The apartment is the lone blackspot in Andover. My friend's car was broken into and there have been car break ins all the time. Sometimes some houses were broken into even when people were still inside.

A hopeless and arrogant management adds to the woes and living there was a very unpleasant experience.

Though they claim its in Andover, its so close to Lawrence. Its the ghetto of Andover. The carpets are opf cheap quality that its dangerous for infants to play around.
