I have lived here for over 4 years. The quality of the apartment is about average - roomy, but the quality is not above average in any notable way. It's quiet where I am - which is good. Maintenance doesn't take too long to attend to issues. The common areas are very HOT in the summer and not kept clean (vaccumming). The laundry room machines seem dirty. Temperature control not very good in exercise room or apt. Heat is either non existant or too hot. It's like the temp. control doesn't really control it at all. The A/C in my unit is terrible. Garbage disposal - same thing, and I have requested they replace it, which they didn't. They do constant "inspections" all year where they tend to "break into" your apt with barely a knock - which can be awkward when you're home!

Rent is neither cheap nor the most expensive which makes sense since the apartments aren't that special. The new management isn't impressive. Previous management teams were more helpful and friendly.
