The management staff is very cold and rude. Well, the apartment as such is fine...but if you have anything to deal with he management...it is definite that you will land up getting frustrated with them...when you come over to see the apartment...the marketing person will show you around...but the manager will not meet you....well he is the one who is super rude...ALSO....read your lease properly...for any reson if you have to terminate the lease and leave...you will have to pay TWO MONTHS RENT AS PENALTY FEE apart from the TWO MONTHS NOTICE PERIOD.

Sounds like they are getting worse. They wanted me to pay 30 days despite giving verbal notice (at which time there was no mention of a written notice requirement). I'm not sure its all rude or more just plain incompetence.
