just a trap... racialism...Hope the lease can be ended as soon as possible.. so that we can get rid of this crap place.

Racialism? Curious about what you mean....the apartments here are awesome...well it least mine...and the staff has always been amazing and helpful. I've read all of these negative reviews and think people feel that because they are renting they can do whatever they want and when the contract (lease) is put in front of them they feel cheated all of sudden. You may not be buying a house, but they would like to keep the community clean and a safe place for all! Rules are necessary!
